DESCRIPTION
The MBS 3295 is a second generation acrylic adhesive, designed to combine high shear strength and high temperature resistance, with the additional qualities of a rubber toughened adhesive. The adhesive works when mixed at a 1:1 ration through a mix nozzle, as well as with a bead on bead application system. This adhesive has incredible adhesion on a wide variety of substrates, whilst maintaining very high peel and impact strengths throughout.
Features
- 3-5 minute handling time
- Fast curing
- Low viscosity
- High temperature resistance - Up to 125°C

For metal surfaces, ensure all dust, loose scale, rust, oil, and grease are removed before bonding. Our MBS 1943 IPA Wipes are ideal for this preparation step. For maximum bond strength, we recommend abrading the metal surface prior to cleaning and applying adhesive. Polyolefins, thermoplastic polyesters, fluorocarbon plastics, and other low surface energy plastics are generally not suitable for bonding without specialised surface treatments.
