DESCRIPTION
The SikaHyflex 250 Facade is a premium, one-component, low-modulus elastic joint sealant based on Sika’s advanced i-cure polyurethane technology. Specially designed for high-movement joints in building facades, it offers excellent weathering resistance, UV stability, and long-lasting elasticity.
